This Privacy Policy describes how Alpha X Omega LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Nebula: Who You Are In Christ mobile app ("the App").

  • We collect minimal information to operate the app

  • We do not sell your data

  • We do not share your data with third parties

  • Your journal entries are stored only on your device — we never see them

  • All in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple — we never see your payment information

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information you provide: We collect only what is necessary to deliver the app experience. This includes:

  • Push notification preferences — if you choose to enable daily reminders, your device registers for notifications through Apple's notification system. We do not store or access your device token.

  • In-app purchases — if you purchase Nebula Full, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made but never receive your payment card details, billing address, or any financial information. Apple handles all payment data. You can review Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/privacy.

Information stored only on your device:

  • Journal entries — everything you write in the journal tab is saved to your device using local storage. It is never uploaded to any server. We cannot see it, access it, or recover it if you delete the app.

We do not collect:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your location

  • Your contacts

  • Any browsing history

  • Any analytics or usage data

  • Any personal identifiers

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use the limited information we have only to:

  • Deliver the app and its content to you

  • Send you daily push notifications if you have enabled them

  • Confirm in-app purchases through Apple

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.

3. DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except:

  • Apple Inc. processes all in-app purchases on our behalf. Apple's privacy policy applies to that transaction.

  • Business transfers — if Alpha X Omega LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would notify you before that happens.

We have not shared any personal information with third parties in the past 12 months and do not plan to.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain purchase confirmation data only as long as required by law (typically for tax and accounting purposes). Journal data exists only on your device and is controlled entirely by you — delete the app and it is gone.

5. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. The App is designed to be appropriate for all ages. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at nebulakristina@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

6. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

If you choose to enable push notifications, we use Apple's notification service to send you a daily scripture seed. You can turn off notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Nebula.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you

  • Request deletion of your personal information

  • Opt out of any data sharing

  • Withdraw consent at any time

Since we collect almost no personal data, most of these rights are already satisfied by our practices. To make any request, email us at nebulakristina@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

California residents: Under the California "Shine the Light" law you may request information about any data shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share data for marketing purposes.

Canadian residents: You may withdraw consent to data processing at any time by contacting us.

8. DO-NOT-TRACK

We do not track users across third-party websites or apps and do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals because we do not engage in that type of tracking.

9. SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold. Since your journal data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security.

10. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as needed. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

12. HOW TO REVIEW OR DELETE YOUR DATA

Since we store almost no personal data, there is very little to review or delete. Your journal entries can be deleted directly within the app. For any other requests, email us at nebulakristina@gmail.com.
